SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME
USPS U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS (1-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING TIME)
We use USPS Priority Mail on all orders placed within the United States and charge a $12 flat rate to ship all orders. You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be granted. Orders shipping to FPO/APO addresses must ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. We only ship to addresses with the same billing and shipping address.
**USPS Signature Delivery Confirmation is required with every order**
USPS OVERNIGHT (NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER PROCESSING TIME)
USPS Standard Overnight offers next business day delivery by 3:00pm to most U.S. addresses, by 4:30pm to rural areas. Orders shipped out on Friday, will be delivered on Saturday or Monday, depending on your area. USPS OVERNIGHT will not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or International Addresses.
**Orders placed before 11:00am CNT will be processed and shipped out the same day when selected with USPS Overnight delivery. Please note that same-day processing is only available Monday-Friday with USPS Standard Overnight delivery. If you select overnight shipping Saturday-Sunday, it will be processed and shipped out on Monday.
USPS INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING TIME)
We use USPS Priority Mail Express on all international shipments and charge a flat rate of $50 on all orders.
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs fees or duties. Please consult with your local customs agency for more information prior to ordering. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees to receive your package.
Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL APO/FPO/DPO ORDERS (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING TIME)
We ship to our military service members and diplomatic personnel overseas at a flat rate of $20, however there are very specific guidelines to follow when filling out the address field:
Type out the service member’s full name in the address*
Include the unit and APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office™, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office) address with the 9-digit ZIP Code™ (if one is assigned).

We do not offer refunds on our products, but would be glad to offer you an exchange or store credit within the first fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order if you receive a product that you believe is defective. Within the first 14 days of receipt, please email Kissofglammbtq@gmail.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist with the issue. Please not there is a 10% restocking fee for all exchanges and store credits. Please note that before any exchange, store credit or replacement hair is honored, we must receive the hair back in our possession to inspect and determine its quality. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact defective. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if you process the hair in any manner (coloring, lifting, etc).
You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. Please note that issues concerning length and color variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange. Please visit our length chart in the product shopping section to ensure that you are ordering the correct length of hair to achieve your style. Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each bundle while it is still tied to make sure you are satisfied with the product. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we safely receive your order.
WHAT IS RAW VIRGIN HAIR?
Raw virgin hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, straightened, or chemically altered in any way. Our hair is collected from single donors, sanitized, hackled, wefted, washed, then sent to you! All of our hair is in its natural state when cut, with the cuticle intact and aligned in the same direction. This prevents the hair from matting and tangling. The hair is extremely healthy, and will look gorgeous, wash after wash.
WHERE DOES KISS OF GLAMM HAIR COME FROM?
Our hair is hand selected and sourced from various countries in Southeast Asia and India. Our owner, Chanel, has traveled to these countries to travel through villages and collect hair. She has teamed up with her own factory in Southeast Asia where the hair is wefted and prepped for clients. We at Rose Gold Hair stand behind the authenticity of our product 100% And vow that our hair has not been chemically altered in anyway.
HOW MUCH HAIR IS IN EACH BUNDLE?
All hair from Kiss of Glamm Hair is approx. 100g or between 3.3-3.7oz.
HOW MUCH HAIR WILL I NEED?
For a full install, you will need 3 bundles if using lengths shorter than 20″ inches. For hair measuring 22 inches and up, it is recommended to use 4 bundles. For lengths 30 inches and longer, you will need 5 bundles. When using a closure, between 3-4 bundles are recommended for a voluminous look although 2-3 bundles can complete the install. When using a lace frontal, between 3-4 bundles are recommended for a voluminous look although 2-3 bundles can complete the install.
HOW LONG WILL THIS HAIR LAST?

CAN I COLOR AND/OR BLEACH THE HAIR?
Yes. This hair can be colored, bleached, straightened, and curled. It is recommended that you wash and condition it regularly after coloring. Treat this hair as if it is your own. And, consult with a licensed stylist for custom color.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE SUGGESTED FOR KISS OF GLAMM HAIR?
We know that keeping up with your hair extensions results in longevity with our hair extensions, so we do offer products that we highly suggest for our products in particular. All products we suggest have been tried and tested and are products that we love!
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Kiss Of Glamm accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit and debit cards. Please note that we can only ship a credit/debit card order to the same address to which your statement is sent. Any order that fails to fit this criteria will not ship and be immediately refunded. This policy protects you from fraudulent use of your card.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us to cancel an order. If your order has not departed our facilities, we can cancel the order. Please note that you will incur a $10 restock fee.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We stand behind our product and offer a 14 day return policy. If you wear the hair and it does not meet your standards, please email us to issue a refund at KISSOFGLAMMBTQ@GMAIL.COM
Please keep in mind, we can not offer refunds for hair that has been chemically altered in anyway or cut in anyway. If the hair has been colored, permanently straightened or cut, we will not be able to issue a refund of any sort.

WHAT ARE YOUR AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
(1) FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Kiss of Glamm’s hair currently ships orders using USPS. Orders placed at Kissofglamm.com before 12 pm standard central time, will be shipped the same day. Flat rate shipping requires 3-5 business for delivery after it ships, in addition to a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).
(2) EXPRESS SHIPPING POLICY
KISS OF GLAMM offers 1-2 day shipping for $25.00 ON INSTOCK READY TO SHIP ITEMS.This shipping method automatically includes insurance and signature confirmation at no extra charge.
(3) INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Kiss of Glamm’s Hair ships international orders via USPS priority International. International shipments cost $35.00 for any destination worldwide and are normally received within 7-9 working days. Rose Gold Hair is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
